All Myna Sounds libraries are supplied as industry-standard 44.1kHz/24-bit Wavs. The majority of our libraries are also built for Ableton as a single file installer, as well as Apple Loops ready formats with pre-built patches for many soft samplers including Kontakt, Logic’s EXS24, HALion, Reason’s NN-XT, Sfz, Reason’s Kong, Battery and more.

DOWNLOADING AND UNZIPPING YOUR PURCHASE

You will notice some of our products can be quite large in file size as a result may take some time to download on a slower internet connection. In the unlikely event that you have used up all 5 of your downloads and your download is incomplete please contact us and we will add more downloads to your account. All downloaded products are ‘zipped’ , notice that the file has the .zip suffix, we recommend 7zip (Windows) or Keka (MacOS) as a reliable unzipping software.

What Am I Purchasing?

When you purchase a sample library from Myna Sounds you are NOT obtaining OWNERSHIP of the sounds in the library. You are in fact purchasing a LICENCE to use the sounds within your musical compositions, whether or not your compositions are released commercially. The original producer of the sounds will always remain the OWNER of the sounds.

Once purchased your license is NON-TRANSFERABLE which means that the license is authorized only to the original purchaser. You are not permitted in ANY way to share the purchased sample library with others. We work closely with organizations to monitor illegal internet file sharing. If you are engaged in the illegal file-sharing of our products we WILL gain sufficient evidence to prosecute you in line with current copy write laws.

Can I Sell My Licence?

Unfortunately, NO you cannot sell your license. Only the ORIGINAL PURCHASER of the product has the right to use the sounds commercially. This means that you CANNOT SELL or give away the sounds to anyone else or transfer with the sale of a computer or hard drive, all products MUST be removed from a computer’s hard drive or external storage device before selling or gifting it.

How Can I Use Myna Sounds Samples?

Once you have purchased one of our sound libraries you have a single-user license which permits you to use samples from that library in your own musical compositions. You may release such compositions commercially without payment of any further royalties or fees to Myna Sounds. You cannot use the sounds from our sample libraries in isolation for a commercial release or project. For example, you are not authorized to create another sample sound library with any of the sounds from our products. Doing so will infringe copyright law and you will be liable for prosecution under the copy write design and patents act 1988. You are permitted to use the sounds in library or production music as long as you follow the guidelines above and use sounds in musical compositions rather than in isolation.

Refunds

Please get in contact with us at info@mynasounds.com and we will work with you to try and resolve the problem. All downloadable products purchased from Myna Sounds are non-refundable. Once you have opted in to buy a product you are purchasing a license to use the content in your music without paying royalties to the owner, which therefore cannot be refunded.
